What is an essence?
Essences are a form of energetic medicine that contain the spirit, life force and vibrational imprint of plants, flowers, gemstones, etc. Flower essences catalyst emotional healing and help to shift our consciousness. Gem essences ground us and help to create positive, long lasting, embodied changes.

To join SSEER, sign up for a seasonal subscription plan and receive a curated selection of essences mailed to your door every 3 months. We gather twice a month to first, conduct our intuitive, somatic research; and then we embark on a quantum change-work journey where we apply and integrate the teachings we received.

In its 4th year, SSEER is re-designed to support inner liberation work, psychic development and meaningful transformation, in addition to the continual exploration of decolonized paradigm shifts and earth kin communication skills.

What you’ll receive

• COMMUNITY RESEARCH - 3 monthly live gatherings where we meet and explore a mystery essence with a guided meditation and sharing circle (2 hrs)

• QUANTUM CHANGE WORK - 3 monthly live energy work sessions inspired by hypnotherapy techniques and the plant or gemstone of the month. This is an opportunity to apply and integrate the teachings we receive and truly embody earth’s wisdom (1 hr)

• 3 1/2 oz mystery essences that will include flower, gemstone and other earth energy imprints*

• Access to our community sourced digital materia medica.

*All essences are hand bottled and preserved in brandy unless otherwise requested.

Gatherings are held online via zoom every first Sunday of the month from 11am-1pm PST and every third Sunday of the month from 11am-12pm PST

All sessions will be recorded and shared
